Intimate Glenapp Castle Wedding Inspiration

Styled shoots are a lovely way to flex creativity in quiet season and this intimate Glenapp Castle wedding inspiration shoot was such a fun day to be part of. The Azalea Glasshouse was one big old playground for me, with interesting light, mirrors, old warped glass and unusual shapes to work around. Despite it being January, the sun made an appearance and getting to play with the harsh light outdoors was a lovely contrast to the soft diffused light indoors.

As always, it’s a real joy to to work with a brilliant team and to get to try out some new ideas while generating some lovely content for all involved.

The Azalea Glasshouse at Glenapp Castle combines fairly tale charm with light bright space and is the perfect place to hold an intimate wedding celebration; tucked away in the woods, it boasts a cosy ceremony space with log burners as well as the gorgeous glasshouse filled with plants and ponds, a stunning space to hold a small elopement or a more intimate celebration with a handful of guests. The delicate lilacs and yellows at this shoot were perfect inspiration for a spring Glenapp Castle wedding.
