We absolutely love the pictures, I said from the moment that we started planning our wedding that I wanted you to take our photos. You know that I’ve been a massive fan for years. They are simply amazing and we will treasure them. Your ability to catch the off beat, the moments of comedy and the intimate times is second to none.
I may have been a little grumpy to go outside to take pictures with the sun going down but that has led to some of the best shots so thanks for putting up with my face. There are so many we love so it’s impossible to say that we have a favourite; there are some truly breathtaking shots.

We fell in love in Hannah’s photography style as soon as we saw her shots on Instagram. She’s the loveliest person to work with, as she made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. She’s super organised and won’t leave any details to case, with her questions and observations she’s even helped us figure out several moments we hadn’t thought about for our ceremony and party.
Her pictures are just stunning. She captures the very spirit of the moment, and looking back at all the pictures she took, it feels like she was everywhere at any moment. Nothing was left out.

I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough! Right from the start she put us both at ease, and was so helpful in the lead up to the day. She advised on what she thought would work best, but ensured it still felt like all our photos were very authentic to us as a couple. I really wanted a focus on candid photos which captured the fun of the day which I feel is Hannah’s speciality.
Everyone has complimented the photos, but I feel the biggest compliment of them all was my sister who said “those photos look exactly how it felt to be there on the day”. I think that sums it up perfectly- I don’t just have a load of staged group photos, but instead Hannah has captured the memories I will cherish forever.

Hannah’s talent lies in her finding the beauty in ordinary moments. At our wedding she captured the most precious pictures; of my children smushing their faces into glass, of recently bereaved family members laughing their socks off, of my Dad pulling silly faces at me kissing him, of the moment my crying Mum came over to hug me after she’d read my thank you letter; of my best friends laughing at each other; of my mother and father in law watching my other half waiting for me to come down the aisle. Of course, we also have lots of precious pictures of the moment of us getting married too, but I believe what stands Hannah apart from the multitudes of wedding photographers is finding and recording the parts of your day you might otherwise forget or miss. Her work is so honest, and so inclusive of all the people you’ve invited to share your day. Looking through the pictures she gave us was like having a videographer we hadn’t planned; a story board of the emotions of our day, of everyone’s reactions to what we had going on. I have no idea how Hannah managed to get all the shots she did, it was like she was everywhere at once. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding but we now very much wish we had decided to have Hannah there with us for longer. We owe her enormously and I can’t wait to ask her to take more photographs of our growing family in the future.

Hannah was our wedding photographer in October 2023 and she was the most amazing addition to our day!
We very early on reached out to Hannah after seeing her gorgeous photos on Instagram and seeing she too got married at the same venue a year earlier, so we instantly knew we wanted her to be a part of our big day. Hannah wasn’t just our photographer, but she became a dear friend and took such good care of us on the day and in the lead up – she made us feel completely comfortable and gave us so much advice to prepare ourselves for our big day! She even trekked up to our venue in Ullswater in the pouring rain to check out places we could go without getting too muddy on the day!
We highly recommend booking Hannah for your wedding, she is very talented and will go above and beyond because you can tell she really cares about what she does. Your photographs and memories will be in very safe hands!

I can’t recommend Hannah enough, she was so helpful on the lead up to the big day, giving us some sound advice and stopping us from making stupid mistakes (dangerous smoke cannons are out, streamers are in). On the day she took over from the useless venue to ensure the day ran smoothly, I think we would still be waiting for food if she hadn’t of been there.
The photos Hannah captured are breath-taking, bright and bold full of laughter, joy and love. Exactly what we wanted. I could go on all day, but to summarise.

We can’t recommend Hannah enough! She was so friendly and helpful in the lead up to the big day, she made everything really easy and was very clear what the next steps were. On the day she was a dream to have there, really flexible with locations and so friendly.
We were both quite nervous about pictures, but she made the whole process so easy, and we hardly noticed her floating around. We had so many guests complimenting her on the day, remarking how unobtrusive she is despite getting the lovely candid images. We’d definitely recommend having an engagement shoot, if you can get gorgeous pics when it’s just the two of you feeling awkward, it’s a breeze on the best day of your life!
On a personal level Hannah is a joy to be around and I was definitely sad to finish working with her, her IG page is very entertaining though so we can keep in touch.
We were so happy with the end results, the images really captured what a joyful day we had, and I would hire Hannah again in a heartbeat if we were to renew our vows, or just had any event that prompted beautiful pics. Can’t recommend her enough!

What can I say about Hannah?
From the moment I messaged on Instagram after being recommended Hannah as a photographer to receiving our photos at the weekend, it has been an absolute pleasure!
From a couple who don’t really like photos or being in the spotlight anymore, after years of working in the entertainment industry, and having our 3 young children with us, 2 of which are autistic, we both felt a bit worried about having photos focussed on us! However, we needn’t have worried at all. Every step of the way Hannah has been at the end of an email, message or phone call and when our wedding day came, she was so down to earth and reassuring, all the fears slipped away. Our photos are everything we dreamed of! Eloping meant the photos were a massive part of our marriage so we could share our memories of the day with our loved ones and we are absolutely in awe of them! Hannah has captured our little family, the stunning landscape of the Lake District and us as a couple just beautifully! Thank you so much you wonderful human!!
