Eden Barn Wedding Photographer

It’s no secret that I love a mountain view and the views from Eden Barn up over to the Pennines are spectacular (and just one of the things that make it a joy to be an Eden Barn wedding photographer); they’re the same views I have from my kitchen window on a clear day and I’m very lucky to call this wonderful, lesser known part of Cumbria my home. Eden Barn is my closest wedding venue, just a couple of miles from my front door, which means it’s just a hop and skip home when the party is over!

Eden Barn is a wedding photographer’s dream; there are so many different backdrops for your family photos as well as your wedding portraits. Whether countryside views with the Pennine fells in the background or beautifully patinaed old barns are your jam, there really is something for everyone. Those mountain views can be the backdrop for your ceremony too, should you opt to marry outside in the sympathetically purpose built thatched gazebo, and when you retire for your wedding breakfast your guests will be wowed by a lovingly restored Westmorland stone barn filled with twinkly lights and character features.

Exclusive use, family run wedding venues are always run with love and care and Eden Barn is absolutely no exception. Whether you’re planning a rustic countryside barn wedding, or perhaps something more boho, you’re certain to have a wonderful laid back wedding at Eden Barn.

So you’ve booked Eden Barn and now you’re looking for your wedding photographer?

Hello, I’m Hannah and I’m a wedding photographer based in Kirkby Stephen, just a stones throw from Eden Barn. We relocated to Cumbria from the midlands in search of a slower pace of life and easy access to the hills and it’s safe to say the Eden Valley gave us everything we were looking for, and more! I’ve been lucky enough to call being a wedding photography my job for eight years now and while I travel all over the UK to photograph brilliant people on their wedding days, I’m really happy to work close to home. My proximity to Eden Barn means that even if the weather gets a bit *too* Cumbrian, I can don my boots and water proofs and walk there, and it also means I’m in no rush to hit the road for a long drive back if the party’s going off!

You can call me on my cell phone

(or don’t if you’re like me and find telephone conversations a bit weird)

Drop me a line to check my availability and we can organise a natter. I appreciate that couples come from all over the country to get married in Cumbria, so I tend to do all my consultations via Zoom. If you happen to be at Eden Barn doing some planning give me a shout and we can try to arrange a coffee nearby.
